Northern Saints Catholic Education Trust came into existence on 1 February 2016 with the aim of ensuring excellence for everyone. Although currently comprising only the one school, we expect to expand the Trust shortly, building on existing partnerships and developing new ones, in order to truly realise the benefits of successful collaboration between schools for the benefit of our students.
Two schools have recently made requests to become part of Northern Saints Catholic Education Trust: St Joseph’s Catholic Academy, Hebburn and St Mary’s RC Primary School, Jarrow. The Board of Directors and Governors of both schools have voted unanimously to join our Trust with a proposed joining date of 1 November 2018. Formal consultation commences on Monday 30 April 2018 for a period of four weeks.
